My love for anything pistachio is one that’ll last forever. I’ve been on the look out for a moist pistachio cake thats more nutty than cakey. The search is over. This baby is dense but moist and full of nuts. It has a ton of pistachio flavor and a sweet subtle tang from the lemon. It’s so pretty right? It doesn’t take much to make it look pretty either, a couple of the ingredients on top and you got a real show stopper her. This cake would be great with tea and coffee and perfect for dessert. Guys, I made this cake a couple days ahead of time and wrapped it tight with plastic wrap. Once I was ready for it, I took it out the fridge, let it come to room temp and then proceeded to glaze it.
