Are you guys ready for Sunday brunch? I’m fully aware it’s Monday but I’m ready for the weekend already and if fresh tomato bloody Mary’s are involved then count me in guys! We had a bunch of tomatoes left over from an event and I went a little tomato crazy on the recipes to come. This one, however is the most refreshing of all. Homemade Bloody Mary Mix (with Titos no less). Fresh tomatoes, horseradish, Sriracha, lemon zest and Old Bay (literally salivating)! I looked for a recipe with fresh tomatoes as opposed to canned and couldn’t find any so here it is.
This recipe is pretty versatile, you can add it as a dressing to pasta salad or as a sauce on oysters!!
