I love tropical flavors and tres leches cake. Together they make this luxurious and rich breakfast dish that is an instant favorite. No maple syrup here fam. Just some good ol’ mango citrus sauce which I made the night before. Even my finicky kids don’t know that his has a twist. This stuff is good guys. It’s not to sweet and the mango sauce really brings it together to counter act the richness. I topped it with toasted coconut for some texture and some berries and mint to make it healthy… wink.
