These buttery-crunchy little fingers of yum are essentially spinach artichoke dip wrapped in phyllo dough. Umm can you say delicious?!? Nothing better! The dip and the bread all rolled into one. I used frozen spinach and canned artichokes for this because… practicality but fresh would work just as well. I cooked the vegetable mixture before to infuse it with the onion and garlic and to get rid of that canned artichoke flavor which requires a bit of doctoring. I added a bit of chili flakes for some added spice, you can omit those if you’d like. These are great for entertaining or to bring to a social gathering. You can play with the size make them smaller or bigger depending what you need them for. This is a great recipe for spinach artichoke dip too. Just place it in a dish and put in the oven @ 425º until its nice and bubbly. Hope you guys enjoy!
