This week has been a little all over the place. Logan’s Grammy came in to visit from California so we’ve been trying to get out to show her around. Her last visit here, we went to the Botanical Gardens and we loved it. The weather’s been so nice out we decided to go back and see what’s new. There’s a new entrance, gift shop and garden, along with a kitchen for cooking demos and it looks amazing! I love plants. So far my success has been for indoor plants and succulents mostly. A TON of trial and error sadly. When we lived in California, we went to The Huntington Library often. It has an art collection and botanical gardens so we thought it would be nice to find something similar in San Antonio. I think we’re hooked. So we spent the day roaming around the gardens. They added some cute Halloween details like you see in the photo above for nice photo ops and scarecrows throughout. San Antonio has decent weather where you can visit the Botanical Gardens year round. It’s a little piece of heaven in Downtown if you feel like getting out. I had a stroller the whole time and all the areas were accessible with it.
